Melanie Martinez- Fairy Tale fantasy comes to life at Arizona Financial theater

Melanie Martinez is part of the new generation of artists, and I don’t think anyone is surprised by what they have accomplished since being on The Voice. They’re radiating talent on every level, and their live show takes it to a whole other level. The best way I could describe Melanie is if, in some alternate universe, Bjork gave birth to her. The biggest difference is that Melanie obviously takes her own approach and doesn’t limit herself to the art she creates. They’re a straight-up visualist and took a concept to a whole new level with their new album. Based on a fairy tale of their own personal experiences This concept translates right into their live show, which is a fairy tale fantasy come to life. Melanie’s music is for everyone, and even though the majority of the crowd seemed to be in their early teens, you had all ages in attendance. The tears flowed, everyone was singing along to every song, and everyone was lost in this world that Melanie created. I can definitely say this was a magical night for all who attended this concert.

I was born and raised in the Los Angeles CA and moved to Phoenix AZ in early 2020. Growing up, I was surrounded by musicians and artists who influenced my life. I've always felt a pull towards photography and finally have the opportunity to invest in my passion. I originally started out with street photography when I was a teenager. Then a good friend of mine asked me if I could take photos of his band and now I'm doing what I love, concert photography!
